Toastmasters DCP Tracker FAQ
What is the Toastmasters DCP?
DCP means Distinguished Club Program. It is Toastmasters’ annual club-success scorecard: education awards, membership growth, officer training, dues, and related qualifying checks. The Club Success Plan is the annual form officers fill; this page tracks score and progress.
Who should use a DCP tracker?
Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, Vice Presidents Membership, Secretaries, Treasurers, and Area Directors can use a DCP tracker to keep ExCom conversations focused on goals and deadlines.
How often should a club review DCP goals?
Review DCP progress at least once a month in the executive committee meeting. Clubs that are behind on education awards, dues, or membership eligibility should review it more often.
Does DCP replace the Club Success Plan?
No. Fill the annual plan on the Club Success Plan page. Use this tracker for goal score, eligibility, and next actions. The Distinguished Club Program guide explains what the program is.
